Job Summary:
- Manage the team of Client Success Managers to ensure successful proactive outreaches and customer business reviews.
- Collaborate with support and product teams to drive customer issues to closure and maintain high NPS scores.
- Mentor staff and ensure accountability in meeting score card metrics.
Essential Functions:
- Assign new customers based on specialty and skill set, and coach team members.
- Serve as escalation point and establish periodic reviews for quality assurance.
- Maintain slotting calendar and ensure proper documentation and SOP adherence.
