• Manage the Head of Risk’s email inbox, ensuring critical items are addressed.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calls to support the risk team.
• Help triage SLA breaches and communicate with other Risk team members.

Own hotel-level data sanity by verifying and correcting hotel static data. Fix location accuracy by validating latitude/longitude and map pins. Improve funnel quality by flagging and resolving content/data issues that impact hotel visibility.
