Assist the sales team with admin tasks, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and managing sales documentation. Maintain and update customer and sales data in NetSuite and Salesforce, process sales orders, manage order fulfilment, and coordinate with other departments. Generate and analyse sales reports to provide insights identifying trends.
