You’ll deliver critical remote clinical support and compassionate service to Philips MRI customers, applying your advanced clinical product knowledge across challenging situations to transform lives and drive the future of healthcare technology. You will provide expert telephone and remote support for clinical applications, guiding customers through troubleshooting and resolution steps for the Philips MRI product line. You will also offer clinical problem-solving, solutions training, and education as needed to maximize system performance.
This Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified will be on a dynamic team, supporting Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) initiative, the Army’s investment in Soldier Readiness. The Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) is a pivotal member of the H2F Performance Teams, dedicated to developing, implementing, and overseeing strength and conditioning programs that enhance physical performance and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries.
Assist with investigator recruitment activities utilizing phone scripts, questionnaires, study site materials and other tools for use in evaluating investigative sites. Perform ongoing essential document collection and review, maintenance, and close-out activities. Act as site contact/liaison for study and site management issues including addressing questions, assists with managing study supplies, and may support offsite central monitoring activities.
The Pharmacy Refill Technician supports pharmacy staff and Shields Health Solutions Liaisons by ensuring the accurate and timely filling and delivery of specialty medications, enhancing patient care and optimizing pharmacy operations through effective communication and technology leverage.
