The Asset Servicing Associate serves as a subject matter expert in regards to Corporate Actions for Brokerage Wealth Management. Ensure timeliness and quality of Corporate action announcements, reconciliation and resolution of residual differences. Applicants should have the ability and drive to provide exceptional service for Brokerage Financial Advisors, their Support staff, and other Operational counterparts.

Primarily responsible for the execution of the Pharmacovigilance (PV) audit program, including scheduling, planning, reporting and resolution of PV audits. Ensuring alignment with RDQA policies and procedures wherever possible and leading the development and implementation of the AbbVie quality system. Leadership and oversight of key audit program risk-based decision making to assure a comprehensive audit program.

This role audits independent agents by analyzing controls and accuracies of three-way escrow account reconciliations, reviewing and testing escrow accounts to ensure numerical accuracy, understanding all components of a three-way reconciliation, and investigating shortages and adjustments. Position encompasses onsite and remote audits in Virginia and Maryland and requires travel.
