Conduct testing and monitoring of Varo’s products and processes for consumer regulatory compliance adherence. Execute testing related to Varo’s products and processes and adherence to the consumer compliance regulations. Manage and escalate issues identified to management and create scripts/plans related to the testing of Varo’s products and processes.

This role is essential in order to cover weekend reconciliations work and as such, you will be working Saturday to Wednesday UK hours (5 working days). This includes execution of all daily reconciliation and control processes such that any abnormal transactions are identified, investigated, and corrected. Also includes execution of daily safeguarding tasks (client money segregation and reconciliation).

This position offers the right person an opportunity to be an integral stakeholder in the deduction collection process with a key account. The associate will help to manage collections and post-audit recovery to reduce non-working trade at top accounts. They will also assist with the Credit and TFS team to ensure tracking appropriately and is cleared timely.
