The Charge Description Master (CDM) Analyst maintains and optimizes the hospital's Charge Description Master, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient billing processes. The analyst collaborates with clinical, coding, and billing teams to review and update charge data, analyze financial impacts, and ensure the integrity of the charge structure in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

This role is responsible for understanding our prudential regulatory requirements and will have a primary focus on leading our Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and enhancing our prudential analysis capabilities. You will collaborate with teams across the bank to ensure Monzo is protected from financial stress and manages its capital resources effectively. You will need deep expertise and a breadth of knowledge in prudential regulation.

As a Merchant Risk Analyst, you will assess financial risk related to credit, fraud and identity associated with the merchants and coordinate with cross-functional partners to assess non-financial risk – brand, reputational, legal and compliance risk.
