ServiceNow is seeking an Sr. Director, Industry Solution Design & Performance to lead the cross-industry, global solution design capability spanning Technology, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, Public Sector and others. This leader is ultimately responsible for owning voice of the customer-backed solution development . This position assists the manager by providing leadership and direction to assigned analysts on the ROPS special projects and analytics team and is responsible for leading and/or actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, process re-design, analytical report development, and special projects.
