Seeking a Business Development (BD) Director to build and lead a cross-industry business development function. This role involves creating and scaling early-stage opportunity development across verticals like Defense, Automotive, and Medical. You will define and execute our company-wide BD strategy, while also hiring, mentoring, and leading a team of BD professionals and work closely with internal and external partners to advance business opportunities.

Lead and inspire a growing network of retail stores and Boutique Managers at Parfums Christian Dior, by ensuring Dior standards are upheld through exceptional client experience, driving and achieving sales targets and other KPIs by door. Candidate must reside in NY Metro, Miami or Orange County, CA where a Dior Beauty boutique is located.

Led the team to expand overseas KOLs, reached cooperation, and continuously brought new products to the platform and increased trading volume. Planned different KOL special activities according to the characteristics of users in different regions. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, solving problems in cooperation, and optimizing cooperation methods and strategies.

The System Director Philanthropy plans and implements a comprehensive fundraising program in support of philanthropy's national initiatives. The position will have direct fund-raising and strategic oversight as part of their job portfolio. Focuses on Major Gifts and develops and oversees the fundraising strategic plan to generate major gifts from individuals, foundations, corporations and grants.
