You will be supporting patients in their care journey through convenient, at-home services. Your day will involve reviewing inbound requests, utilizing prospecting techniques to outreach patients, making 120 to 150 outbound calls daily, and booking an average of 14 appointments each day. Strong communication skills are a must to build trust and educate patients.
