As a Sr. Product Support Specialist, serve as a trusted advisor and primary support contact for Premier customers. Troubleshoot cases, monitor and execute white-glove services, ensuring smooth execution of critical tasks related to customer notifications and alerts. Coordinate with Cloud Operations, troubleshoot delayed processing, and work closely with engineering teams to resolve customer-impacting issues.
