Lead the design, development, and delivery of privacy-preserving systems and practices as the Senior Manager, Privacy Engineering. You will drive the technical privacy strategy across engineering and product teams, partnering with stakeholders across Security, Legal, Data, and Product to ensure privacy is embedded at every stage of the development lifecycle.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the processes and technologies used to secure our products and systems. Help build out and mature a product security team, including developing novel security tooling and solutions that enable secure FinTech products at scale. Educate, advise, and empower engineers in a growing and highly technical product engineering organization.
Own security across protocol-layer components and act as the final gatekeeper before code hits main. Lead threat modeling, design reviews, and mitigation planning. Write critical patches and drive hardening when bandwidth is limited. Maintain security CI tooling. Review protocol-relevant PRs and enforce automated checks.
This role is a critical part of the NBC Universal Cyber Security, executing strategy and overseeing operational engagement with leaders across Operations & Technology teams, Media Services, and enterprise-wide business solution teams. The position requires proactively defending and translating insights into a tactical roadmap, building strong relationships with leadership and teams, assessing business practices, identifying security control gaps, and leading cyber security strategies.
