Looking for a highly skilled Databricks Data Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of a modern hub-and-spoke data platform for a leading retail company. Seeking a talented and motivated Data Architect to join our team in a project supporting the consolidation of data, systems and corporate processes on a global scale. You will lead the migration of data from complex systems to a unified architecture. Your role will be to ensure that the migrated data systems meet the specific needs of the business, providing a smooth and efficient transition.

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization, supporting the consolidation of corporate data, systems, and processes on a global scale. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives.

You will manage a team of data engineers, define the team’s mission and strategy, lead technical projects, and act as a partner to technology and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include data pipeline design, database modeling, and enhancing data reliability and scalability. You will also manage technical debt while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
