We are seeking freelance contributors to participate in a search relevance annotation project aimed at improving e-commerce search quality across multiple international markets. This is a remote, task-based opportunity suitable for individuals with a strong command of the English language and an eye for detail. Your input will directly influence the quality of search algorithms used in retail and e-commerce environments.

As a Product Analyst, you'll use data to improve product KPIs and enhance both customer experience and business results. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver impactful, value-driven solutions. You'll own and structure data, define and track meaningful Product KPIs, and drive strategic decisions. You'll also design and maintain dashboards in Tableau to monitor performance of the metrics that matter.

The expert will work in an international and collaborative environment. Develop KNIME Data Apps (interactive applications) for the creation of dashboards and self-service analytics tools. Deploy, administer and optimize solutions on KNIME Business Hub (scheduling, versioning, governance, collaboration).

You will lead our NLP team in designing, implementing, and deploying large-scale language models and NLP algorithms that power our products. This role is critical to our mission of advancing AI in the Ukrainian language context, and offers the opportunity to drive technical decisions, mentor a team of data scientists, and shape the future of AI capabilities in Ukraine.

Help manage the data platform, extend its impact to best support critical data workflows. Build, test, document, and deploy reliable data pipelines, working with diverse systems. Proactively contribute to the evolution of the Data Analytics Platform by proposing new ideas and exploring innovative big data tools.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Coalesce.io, Airbyte, and SQL Server/SSIS, with some use of Azure Data Factory. Build and maintain dimensional data models to ensure high-quality, structured data for analytics and reporting. Implement Medallion architecture in Snowflake, managing bronze, silver, and gold layers. Collaborate with teams using Jira for task tracking and GitHub for code repository management.
