As the foundational Data Engineer for HTS Media, you will own the data infrastructure that powers entire advertising business. Mission is to build a robust, scalable data foundation from the ground up that transforms this raw data into the trusted, high-quality datasets that power advertiser-facing reporting and enable future ML models. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of data, from building real-time data pipelines to modeling data in our warehouse for analytics and reporting.

The data team turns raw on-chain activity into trustworthy and reusable datasets, and you will sit at the intersection of protocol mechanics, SQL modeling, and transformation tooling. You will work closely with data engineers and product managers to standardize how key on-chain concepts are represented across chains and protocols, so analysts and developers can build reliably on top of them.

Shape the future of AI in influencer marketing. You will build from scratch and improve existing code. Requires expertise in data modeling and warehousing, including dimensional modeling and performance tuning. Design and operate ETL and ELT pipelines with tools like Airflow or Dagster, plus dbt for transformations.

As a Senior Growth Analyst at M-KOPA, you'll turn messy, multi-channel data into clear, trustworthy decisions that grow the business profitably. Your dashboards and models will directly unlock repeat purchase, upgrade conversion, retention and customer lifetime value. You will own the growth measurement framework.

Analyze large, complex datasets (on-chain and off-chain) to derive strategic and product insights. Develop models and dashboards to monitor validator performance, user behavior, and protocol performance. Investigate network economics, user incentives, and staking flows to support growth strategies, research new revenue opportunities. Conduct exploratory and root-cause analysis of ecosystem or performance changes. Build data tools and reporting frameworks to scale internal decision-making. Present insights and data stories clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
