Reporting to the Manager, Data Consulting, the Data Consultant serves as a primary point of contact regarding data quality for assigned client accounts. Through ongoing consultation, implementation support and issue resolution, the Data Consultant ensures client meet their business goals using best in class data practices.

Looking for Data Annotators for AI Models - Spanish and English – US Based Only. This is a remote, part-time, work from home position. You will review, score, and improve AI-generated responses, evaluate prompts and responses across a wide range of topics, perform QA checks on other annotators’ work and provide feedback. You will correct responses and suggest improvements using natural language; full training is provided.

We’re looking for detail-oriented contributors to evaluate and analyze real user interactions with voice assistants. You'll listen to or read conversations between users and voice assistants and assess how well the assistant understood and responded to each request. Your main tasks will include determining whether the Assistant should act upon or answer a particular User Request and identifying the reason or area of failure when the Assistant does not correctly act upon or respond to an actionable request.
