As a Product Analyst, you’ll work inside one of our product teams (eCommerce, Portal, or Marketing), helping them understand user behavior, define and track key metrics, and validate the impact of product changes. You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to frame decisions, run analyses, and design experiments, shaping product roadmaps and improve user experience across thousands of retailers.

Consults various sources of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product problems and detect opportunities for improvement, conducts evaluative and generative research using mixed techniques, facilitates workshops, and collaborates continuously with the product team.

In this role, you will own the orchestration, automation, and optimization of data workflows across our existing Snowflake-based enterprise data platform.
