As a Data Engineer at TealBook, you will tremendously impact our engineering team and the broader organization, building the next-generation supplier data platform. You will design, build, test and deploy the required backend services to enable the system to ingest, process, store and distribute/present supplier data at web scale.

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist III to manage the entire data science lifecycle, including data acquisition, preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring; you will apply advanced techniques in Python programming, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI to address complex challenges and develop high-impact solutions.

The Senior BI Analyst will play a critical role in scaling our Business Intelligence capabilities, specifically for our B2C SaaS and Marketing Acquisition initiatives within our broader B2B and B2C business; Leveraging your expertise in Tableau, dbt, and Snowflake, you'll deliver impactful analytics focused on customer ARR, marketing acquisition efficiency (ROAS).

Help lead the growing backend engineering team. Architect scalable low-latency backend systems and data pipelines. Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers within the backend distributed systems team. Promote software development best-practices and conduct rigorous code reviews. Rigorously identify and solve technical challenges.

Join the growing Data team as an early member and be responsible for the analytics and insights needs across the organization. Work with partner team leads to collect, visualize and interpret data that enables better decision-making through a deeper understanding of marketplace growth and operations. Help build deep partnership between the Data team and the rest of the organization.

Develop a robust platform that supports the creation of high-quality data pipelines and enables fast, efficient, end-to-end experimentation. You will play a key role in data engineering, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and optimized for large-scale data processing.

Lead a team in building and maintaining large scale data processing pipelines, focusing on information extraction from AV logs and data transformation. You will design scalable data processing solutions, implement interfaces for self-service data pipelines, and champion code quality while mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment. Your work will deal with petabyte scale data.

This role will oversee a team of Database Architects, Developers, Automation Engineers, and Business Data Engineers to build and maintain scalable data infrastructure that powers decision-making across our e-commerce, ERP, accounting, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep expertise in data architecture and ETL, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights across finance, operations, supply chain, and e-commerce.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support organizational goals. Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
