You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of material and finance master data during Stryker's SAP implementation. Influence global data standards, drive process excellence, and enable seamless go-live execution across divisions and geographies. Coordinate with business stakeholders to document and execute go-live activities, including ramp-up and ramp-down tasks and building strong relationships.

Focus on translating business needs into analytics and interpretation of analytics into business applications. Innovate and build solutions for FM using new technologies. Develop and apply statistics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning to various business problems in loss prevention.

Work directly with Youth Villages and partner data using SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint to create/update reports. Compile and analyze data from electronic medical records and other databases. Establish processes for data quality checks, including writing SQL scripts.

Work with Fortune 500 customers to integrate their complex data estates to maximize their value with Atlan. Guide customers through complex implementations, providing thought leadership on data engineering best practices and optimization. Plan and execute implementation roadmaps while managing technical risks and dependencies.

• Design and develop machine learning infrastructure, tooling, and models.
• Build scalable, resilient services to support data integration and event processing.
• Coach and collaborate with team members, sharing expertise and encouraging best practices.

• Manage and optimize database systems hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of all database environments.

Shape and evolve the backbone of Blip's real-time data processing layer. Design and implement streaming and batch data systems that move and transform information reliably and efficiently across Blip’s platform. Champion data modeling excellence, ensuring high-quality, discoverable data for real-time consumption. Key responsibilities include data engineering & pipeline architecture, modeling & storage, and reliability, quality & observability.

• Lead the team’s fraud monitoring and detection efforts, owning fraud escalations as Affirm scales internationally. Work with cross-functional partners to develop fraud detection and decisioning systems. The successful candidate will:
• Develop strategies for monitoring and preventing fraud.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize fraud management strategies.
• Report on fraud trends and loss drivers.
• Assist with the development of new features to improve fraud detection capabilities.
