Our DevOps Engineers play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site, setting up new infrastructure for greenfield projects and geographic expansion, and we spend millions per year on our infrastructure in order to support millions of users across more than 20 countries. You will work with a team of DevOps and DBA professionals to improve existing infrastructure and processes as well as streamlining processes deploy to new countries in the future. Holistically improve all aspects of our DevOps infrastructure including reducing costs, streamlining environment provisioning, lowering response times and incorporating the latest techniques and technologies.

Capture product gaps and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

Drive the successful adoption of APIs on mobile platforms, leading developer experience initiatives by creating tools and resources. You'll be the bridge between engineering teams, product management, and the developer community, ensuring mobile products and SDKs are accessible and effectively implemented. Focus on creating reference implementations, developer resources, and migration tools while facilitating smooth transitions from legacy systems.

You’ll influence product direction, mentor engineers, and shape Alan’s internal platform for years to come.

We are seeking a talented Go developer with strong expertise in Kubernetes to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining our Kubernetes operator and related Helm charts. You will collaborate closely with our cloud and core engineering teams to build robust and scalable systems, with an emphasis on stability and safe upgrades with zero downtime. You will contribute to our Kubernetes operator and Helm chart, both internally and for customers and members of our community.

Design, implement, and maintain robust, containerized, and reproducible pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment—across both batch and real-time settings. Build and manage ML services, APIs, and model serving infrastructure using tools like MLflow, Amazon SageMaker, and Feature Store. You will set up and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance, and continuously evaluate emerging MLOps technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

As a Data Operations Engineer, you’ll play a critical role within the Enterprise Data function, part of the R&D organisation at StarCompliance. You’ll be responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and evolution of the data feed infrastructure that underpins the Star platform, ensuring that clients and brokers can exchange data securely, accurately, and efficiently.
