As a technical leader in the Platform Developer Experience team, you will drive innovation, mentor team members, and ensure seamless collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership teams to achieve strategic objectives. This role involves leading engineering teams, defining technical solutions for Developer Experience, and solving complex engineering challenges related to QA automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Make targeted fixes to code and related infrastructure services, from simple cleanup of unused resources to updating cache sharding and deployment patterns for better performance. Work with Location Cloud and Site Reliability teams, investigate infrastructure inefficiencies, closely work with AWS and Kubernetes. Modernize CI/CD infrastructure.

Accelerate our core engineering team by developing CI and CD pipelines for smart contract deployments and upgrades, rollup node upgrades and TEE prover infrastructure. Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack to ensure system health and performance. Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for rollup nodes and validator services using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Manage a team of DevOps engineers and assess infrastructure systems, policies, and procedures from a DevOps perspective to oversee optimal functioning of our server infrastructure. Oversee analysis and evaluation of performance, reliability, health, security, and scalability to establish project scope, plans, resources, and timelines. Collaborate with development teams to identify DevOps requirements and specifications.
