As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and scaling the cloud infrastructure that powers AI-driven platform. This is a long-term, hands-on engineering position focused on automation, observability, and security. You’ll operate and harden AWS environments, automate deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code, and build resilient CI/CD and monitoring workflows that ensure stability and compliance as we grow.

We’re seeking a Lead Observability Engineer to rebuild and own our observability strategy across both agentic systems and SaaS infrastructure, creating the frameworks and tooling that enable teams to ship confidently, measure performance, and maintain reliability as we scale. As the Observability Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing Vivun’s observability patterns spanning infrastructure, applications, and agentic workloads.

This role involves designing and building automations to replace tedious workflows, integrating systems like HubSpot and Greenhouse, and deploying resilient, observable workflows using tools like n8n and Retool. The engineer will own reliability by creating alerts and dashboards for monitoring failures, cost, and usage, and building internal tools and templates for non-engineers to launch their own automations.

The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) role provides deep subject matter expertise on GitLab technical and product solutions and best practices. CSEs provide customers with technical guidance, go in-depth on use case implementation, and demonstrate the value of GitLab product capabilities. The Senior CSE reports to the Manager/Senior Manager, CSE.

Manage and improve our growing AWS and data center infrastructures; design, implement, and maintain a CI/CD pipeline to improve developer workflows; utilize centralized monitoring and logging to improve visibility across the team; assist development teams in solving issues around scaling and bottlenecks; work with teammates to develop high-quality software, balancing security, reliability, and operational concerns.

Help expand our ChatOps ecosystem, bridging development workflows and infrastructure automation, while mentoring peers and shaping engineering best practices.

We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to build the paved road for product teams and drive adoption of it at scale. You’ll design and operate the developer platform that powers our services, with a particular focus on expanding our Backstage portal from greenfield micro-service templating to full-fleet coverage including retro‑onboarding 100+ existing services and enabling repeatable, self‑service upgrades.

We are seeking an Engineering Operations Specialist to join our Technology team to manage Curinos’ tactical day-to-day engineering operations and how they tie into our Tech-wide strategic objectives. This includes designing and implementing process improvements, supporting data-driven decision-making, budgeting and forecasting, and facilitating communication between the Technology team and other business units.
