Lead the determination of guidelines and standards for deploying to an on-prem VMWare infrastructure using Kubernetes. Lead and execute the standup and operation of multiple Kubernetes cluster environments.

Develop and evolve DevOps practices within the company, automating development and delivery processes. Design, build, and operate a high-load, highly available system running Kubernetes on bare metal. Investigate and resolve production incidents.
