Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Global Digital Experience Strategist to fill a maternity leave cover contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative, seamless and intelligent digital client experience strategies to help the organization stand out and become fit for the future in a constantly changing world. The role will support a client-centric strategy through leadership of change management activities to drive a global digital transformation, align stakeholders and scale new capabilities.

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role directly responsible for the core marketing infrastructure and tactical execution across the full funnel. The role is structured into four pillars, emphasizing execution and measurable performance, including digital infrastructure & campaign setup, lead generation & activation, funnel optimization & nurturing, and reporting & content support.

Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that accelerate product-led growth, self-serve adoption, and revenue expansion. You bridge traditional marketing strategy with the unique dynamics of a PLG funnel, where product experience and in-app engagement drive growth as much as acquisition. Working at the intersection of growth marketing, lifecycle, and product experience, you partner with product, data, and go-to-market teams to turn user insights into integrated campaigns.
