• Execute the One KIPP strategy and hold regions accountable for delivering best-in-class academic and postsecondary outcomes.
• Manage and develop a team of four Regional Superintendents to oversee regional performance, leader development, and system building.
• Oversee the national Executive Director pipeline program and partner on performance management and governance escalations.

• Translate operational priorities into clear, usable training and resources for camp teams to run high-quality, safe, and consistent camp experiences.
• Own the end-to-end training content and delivery while partnering cross-functionally with Education Product and Field Operations to ensure alignment with program priorities.
• Continuously iterate and improve training design and delivery using survey data, field feedback, and observation to serve field teams and camp staff effectively.
