Identify and resolve failed payments, manage payment retries and outreach, and coordinate payment-plan solutions for delinquent customers. Combines analytical precision with customer empathy to maintain revenue continuity and strong client relationships.

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with various leaders at Thumbtack to help manage and grow the business. The company is growing at a rapid pace and you will play an important role providing thought partnership and decision support to many new initiatives. This role reports to the Finance Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
