Produce institutional grade research reports on macro trends as well as sector trends, including but not limited to DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Metaverse, L1/L2, Middleware, etc. Analyze, evaluate and synthesize trends from a variety of data sources. Interact with project teams and industry professionals to collect information. Stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks and new projects.

Develop credit and pricing strategies for unsecured lending products. Work with colleagues to build profitable lending portfolios and amazing products. Support the design and roll-out of new lending strategies by finding patterns in the data. Monitor the performance of existing strategies and iterate to improve them.

This position as Director of FP&A will support the Chief Revenue Officer organization. This role will partner closely with senior leaders across Sales and Marketing to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role involves leading forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across CRO-aligned business units, collaborating with Sales Operations to optimize sales commissions and bookings forecasts, and delivering insightful financial and variance analysis.

Responsible for collecting and verifying demographic, guarantor and insurance information. Responsible for ensuring that preauthorization’s/referrals and precertification’s are completed in accordance with payor requirements and prior to the scheduled encounter. Manage the process of aiding patients and their representatives with securing reimbursement for Hospital and Physician services provided. Assist patients in identifying and selecting an available option for insurance coverage and/or financial assistance.

This role involves reviewing and verifying data submissions and financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will review financial data against financial statements of companies, extract balance sheet and income statement data, and input it into our online system. You'll also utilize our proprietary system to identify missing or inaccurate information and communicate with your team leader on any data issues.

Develop, review, interpret, and analyze financial data for administration, management and external agencies. Assists with control and regulatory compliance functions; leads projects and operational improvement teams; responsible for annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation; and serves as a resource and educator for the Fluent Health Finance Department.
