Seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Produce and enhance product images for e-commerce sites including Backcountry, Competitive Cyclist, and Steep and Cheap, using both traditional and advanced AI-driven editing tools to deliver high-quality, on-brand visuals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Candidates with hands-on experience in AI-powered image editing and a passion for innovation are encouraged to apply.

You’ll create small-scale sewing projects that look great and are actually doable, including totes, pouches, home décor, and wearable accessories, and break down the process into clear instructions for every skill level. You're comfortable writing patterns for all three difficulty levels – beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Create original, easy-to-follow knitting patterns for monthly boxes, tailored to various skill levels. Design creative knitting projects that are fun, giftable, and manageable. Write clear, step-by-step instructions, include necessary details, and take detailed photographs for visual guides. Ensure patterns are formatted cleanly and meet deadlines.

A graphic designer is needed to design branding materials, visual identities, and logos, create assets for social media, ads, presentations, and more, and maintain visual consistency across all client touchpoints. The candidate will collaborate with BMM to understand client vision and feedback and deliver work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
