Improve and maintain our talent acquisition processes by optimising recruitment, improving data and reporting systems, and driving efficiencies across the recruitment lifecycle. As Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, work closely with the talent acquisition team and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective resource allocation.

Manage the full cycle recruitment process at a high volume, including sourcing, interview coordination, and delivering offers. Build relationships with hiring managers and interviewers. Partner with the People team on headcount planning and strategic, equitable hiring. Develop efficient recruiting processes and manage recruiting programs for Modern Health.
