The Talent Sourcer will help Offchain Labs find exceptional talent for high-impact roles across the company, playing a critical role in identifying, engaging, and exciting top candidates, especially technical talent, and will partner closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth handoff once interest and fit are confirmed.
Working closely with recruitment specialists on different vacancies (tech, non-tech). You will actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks. Communication with candidates is key to maintaining the Database.
Source high-potential candidates for Sales, GTM, and Commercial roles using LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and other tools. Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, target profiles, and hiring priorities. Craft and send personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity in our ATS and CRM systems. Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify trends, competitive insights, and pipeline opportunities.
