The recruiting coordinator will play a vital role in the talent acquisition process at Quince by raising the bar on candidate experience and driving efficient scheduling of interviews. You will build scheduling processes from scratch, and assist in driving operational rigor of data and recruiting tool usage.

Maintain capacity planning models and collaborate with Team Leads to drive Real Time Management activities for our global Support teams. You will also produce WFM reports and manage staffing/scheduling to ensure sufficient staff availability, while assessing staffing levels daily.

Support the scaling recruiting team and work closely with our recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to support Mercury’s growth. Manage interview logistics, find ways to make the recruiting team more efficient, and constantly seek out ways to create magic moments for candidates. Actively think of ways to improve and scale recruiting processes.

This role provides essential administrative and logistical support to recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using Greenhouse (ATS) and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Responsibilities include scheduling, ATS management, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
