Your role will be crucial in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the network services, and applications. As an Incident Manager, facilitate technical restoration efforts and communications to achieve service level objectives.

To help continue rapid growth and solve clients’ toughest problems, a Systems Administrator is needed to join the team. The Systems Administrator will deliver assigned operational and project commitments to clients. They will manage the integrity and security of clients’ data, servers, devices, and software to support the database server, application servers, and storage systems of clients’ businesses. The Administrator will also implement and maintain Remote Access Systems.

As a Enterprise Support Engineer (ESE), you will work directly with dedicated strategic enterprise customers to anticipate, identify and address their technical concerns. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges by partnering with clients and helping them optimize the use of BlueCat products and services. In addition, you will apply in-depth troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Systems Operations and Administration Team, including troubleshooting complex system issues and providing support to the Tier 2 support teams as needed. This role performs required systems maintenance such as monthly patching, vulnerability remediation and system updates. Supports and administers virtual and bare metal servers, Windows Servers, VMWare Virtualization, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure products.
