This role is responsible for the ownership, management, implementation, and training support of the company’s Customer Relationship Management tool. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand and execute solutions for user requirements. Responsibilities include CRM administration, development, support, data analysis, process improvement, and project management of CRM deliverables.
This high impact position will play a critical role with global innovation and expansion of IT platforms and services. The Business Analyst helps implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. They will work with various groups to enhance Melaleuca's digital effectiveness and overall user experience.
