Manage projects related to the acquisition of claims, scheduling, and clinical data from partner practices and their respective electronic health record (EHR) and/or practice management systems. Engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of interfaces from planning and discovery through connectivity and data delivery.
We are seeking a technically adept and client-focused Solutions Engineer to support the development and implementation of our medical record retrieval and analysis/review platform. This role will report to our Director of Medical Records and serve as a critical liaison between clients, vendors, and internal technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather and translate requirements, configure and test platform features, and ensure successful solution delivery.
