The Vehicle Solutions team needs a Senior IT Business Analyst responsible for building and maintaining the services and vehicle data for Enterprise Mobility’s fleet of cars. This role shapes product design by gathering requirements, resolving issues, performing gap and risk analysis, and delivering detailed development documentation to support Agile product development.

Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including advanced development, system architecture, and integration capabilities. Requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with clients and internal teams.

The Senior Consultant ensures successful client engagements and consistent client satisfaction in both production issue resolution and continual improvement tasks. The Senior Consultant will work closely with a team of skilled individuals from a variety of technical and professional backgrounds across multiple time zones and providing an excellent customer experience.

As an Integration/Solution Architect on the SaaS Business Applications team, you will design and implement robust and scalable integrations connecting StackAdapt’s SaaS business systems, oversee applications development and support, and ensure data integrity and security. You will provide technical and architectural leadership for a suite of SaaS business applications.
