This role is perfect for someone with a proactive, assertive personality who enjoys solving problems before they happen, supporting the Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations teams while ensuring systems accurately reflect the physical movement of materials, and enabling fast, informed decisions.

In this role, you will manage purchase orders, oversee shipments and backorders, and ensure alignment with company goals for in-stock rates, inventory turns, and overall product availability. You’ll play a key role in allocating products to fulfillment centers, analyzing sales and inventory data, and executing strategies to optimize sell-through, turnover, and profitability. This position requires strong collaboration with domestic and international vendors—particularly China-based brands—so fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential.

The Inventory & Fulfillment Optimization Specialist is responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining best-in-class inventory and fulfillment practices across our production and distribution network. This role serves as a key link between Cultivation, Production, Retail, and Compliance, ensuring consistent execution, data integrity, and readiness for growth as we scale.
