The Logistics Associate, Supply Chain Management, will report directly to the Manager, Global Procurement & Logistics of Supply Chain Management and will be responsible for initiating, tracking, and managing material transfers within the global supply chain.

This role is instrumental in forecasting demand, managing product assortments, and ensuring each store is tailored to market trends and local customer preferences. Responsibilities include developing merchandise plans, forecasting demand, analyzing sales data, and optimizing SKU assortments.

Spreetail is looking for a Planning Manager who will partner with our Merchant team to achieve our metrics for in-stock rates and inventory turnover. We are looking for someone who is very strong in excel and will be able for us to help with forecasting demand and tracking supply. This includes analyzing orders once they are placed, managing the shipments and backorders for those vendors, etc.

The Warranty Service Ops role is responsible for providing a high quality customer experience to all Western Digital customer. Oversee operations of multiple outsourced Service Operations providers and internal organization. Resolve daily service operations related issues. Ensures Logistics capability is in place to fulfill customer requirements in compliance with documented work instructions.
