This role will lead GiveDirectly’s procurement systems across all country offices and global teams. The Global Procurement Manager will provide strategic and hands-on support to teams across the organization. This position also plays a critical role in safeguarding procurement integrity. The role will help build a unified, globally consistent procurement model that strengthens accountability.

$75,000–$95,000/yr

Oversee daily operations of company-employed and contract route drivers to ensure efficient, timely, and bio-secure delivery of shipments. This role requires strong leadership, attention to operational detail, and coordination across multiple teams, manage vehicle assets, oversee maintenance and repairs of company owned units, and ensure adherence to proper biosecurity and safety protocols for all drivers.

$145,000–$165,000/yr

Responsible for the end-to-end material management of cGMP materials as well as managing the supply chain on single or multiple clinical studies working closely with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Development, Manufacturing, Analytical Development and the Supply Chain Management team. This includes leading complex studies that will require global interactions, and ensuring changes in supply configuration, trial design, enrollment timelines, manufacturing availability, and regulatory requirements are considered.

$45,000–$45,000/yr

This role is coordinating technician schedules and ensuring we deliver on our service-level agreements (SLAs). You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and our field teams—balancing technician availability with customer needs, optimizing routes, and making real-time decisions to keep our service operations running smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone with dispatch, routing, or logistics coordination experience who enjoys fast-paced problem-solving, clear communication.
