We are looking for a Web Analyst to join our team and help us optimize the performance of over 25 B2B websites. As a key member for the web team, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, tracking key website metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve MQL generation and conversion rates. Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed decisions and improve the performance of our websites.

This role is about building and scaling automated content generation systems that supercharge CRM campaigns through machine learning models, natural language processing, and LLM-driven frameworks. You’ll design and implement the pipelines, models, and integrations that automate personalized content across millions of customers, making every message smart, contextual, and conversion-focused. You’ll be the one who makes the content generation and its life-cycle faster, smarter, and more predictive.

The Pay-Per-Click Virtual Assistant manages and optimizes Sponsored Product campaigns on Amazon to maximize return on investment (ROI). This role involves developing paid search strategies, selecting high-performing keywords, adjusting bids, and analyzing campaign performance to drive sales and profitability.

Plan, launch, and optimize 6-figure paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, owning end-to-end setup, pacing, and iterative optimization. Consult and educate clients through their performance journey, aligning goals, right-sizing expectations, and creating pragmatic roadmaps and campaign plans. Build channel mixes and media plans tied to clear KPIs, running structured A/B tests, and feeding learnings back to strategy and creative teams.
