Lead on-site implementation of complex automation systems, working closely with cross-functional teams. Provide national level escalation support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro/mechanical equipment, networked computer systems, and complex software. Repair and update products in the field, reporting service issues to technical support.

Primarily responsible for providing or coordinating equipment start-ups, demonstration, and promotional services to customers. This involves new and existing equipment demonstrations and technical service functions. Troubleshooting equipment via telephone, providing general and technical information, planning and conducting training, and performing field service work assisting customers with problems are key aspects of the role.

As a Service Advisor, you will apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide support to Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing orders for scheduled as well as unscheduled repairs. You will recommend proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a properly maintained fleet while minimizing vehicle downtime and maintenance costs. This is a full-time work from home position in Oklahoma City, OK.
