Vida Therapist works virtually with members to support behavior change, increase health and wellness by employing their mental health expertise to screen, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions, providing evidence-based psychotherapy.

Rula is seeking a licensed mental health professional to fill an open role as a Patient Programs Specialist reporting into our Clinical team. The specialist is a subject matter resource for providers, patients, and internal teams, supporting the management of complex and high-risk clinical situations. This role leverages strong clinical knowledge to promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in care delivery.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team and utilize evidence-based care modalities. This role involves evidence based treatment delivery, quality documentation, and ongoing assessment of patients’ and families’ needs. The role has Flex PTO and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
