This part-time position at the Center for Wellness and Counseling (CWC) provides mental health support to a diverse student body through counseling, referrals, crisis management, and wellness programming. The role involves mental health counseling, triage, walk-in response, crisis intervention, outreach, and consultation.

Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video with clients engaged in the vIOP or outpatient care. Conduct individual sessions and group skills training sessions, maintaining a caseload of diverse clinical needs. Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learnings and monitor outcomes between sessions, delivering culturally responsive care. Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings and conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.

Provide therapy and support to students, faculty, and staff. Offer therapy, partnering with them to identify their needs, collaborate and develop treatment plans, and guide them, when necessary, to other appropriate TimelyCare services. Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population.

The Group Facilitator will be responsible for running evening virtual group sessions for Equip’s patients and families, focusing on the facilitation of support groups, skills groups, and treatment groups. The ideal candidate has prior experience leading therapeutic groups, has a passion for evidence-based care, is reliable, and is a strong communicator.

The Outreach Specialist will work in the community to help enroll new members in the Marigold peer services platform and partner with local providers and community leaders. You will use a variety of ways to connect with potential members such as visiting local provider locations, attending community events, and phone & SMS outreach.
