As the Manager of Implementation, you will play a hands-on role in leading customers through successful onboarding and implementation experiences. You’ll manage and support a small but growing team, refine our implementation process, and help drive key outcomes across customer experience, time to value, product adoption, and operational efficiency.

The Labeling Operations Manager manages a metrics driven internal team as well as external vendors responsible for delivering the labels needed by internal customer teams who rely on this data for the development of critical ML models used in Autonomy. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify and define requirements for efficient tooling and automation to streamline labeling and QA processes.
