Shape and manage the operational backbone of our partner program. This role will require somebody with a builder mentality who is willing to roll up their sleeves and manage both tactical and strategic priorities. You will play a pivotal role in partner program strategy, ensuring a seamless partner experience and driving data-informed decisions with analytics and reporting.

The Partner Specialist manages and enhances partner interactions and operational processes by addressing all partner inquiries within four business hours. Key responsibilities include improving partner management systems via the PRM platform, serving as a primary contact for partners and identifying common issues to develop scalable solutions.
