Be the focal point of contact & coordination for customer programs & events with Product Excellence, including customer onboarding/closed loop tracking for customer programs. Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of products and services. Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals. Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
You'll be the type who sees patterns others miss and propose smarter ways forward. You can zoom out to see how systems connect, but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig into the details. Reporting to the EVP, you’ll collaborate closely and assist the rest of the product team, enabling others to focus on value creation and feature adoption.
