• Program manage strategic and simultaneous project initiatives, working alongside members of Enterprise Technology and other cross-functional Twilio teams to ensure all projects progress according to scope, schedule and budget.
• Leverage a Project Management mindset and principles throughout the project lifecycle to drive the team towards best practices and value driven project delivery.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by developing, cultivating and managing relationships and also by providing status and monitoring of project progression and performance, including regular communications with executive stakeholders.

• Own the roadmap for Data Products and Contracts within our data intelligence product.
• Participate in the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, iteration, and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
