• Define and execute the regional product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Principal Product Manager.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to bring new EMEA-specific capabilities to market.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and collect market insights to inform feature prioritization and localization.

Lead and scale the Product Management organization for our AI-powered, Enterprise GRC platform, co-creating the product strategy and owning the translation of that strategy into clear roadmaps. Manage and grow a team of PMs, evaluate and upgrade the existing org where needed, and drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering and GTM. Serve as a key product leader with customers, partners, and the board.

• Lead strategy, architecture, and execution of ServiceNow platform initiatives.
• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and oversee platform administration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement of platform operations.
