Lead product decisions during our Director of Product's maternity leave, working alongside senior engineers and overseeing the Tech Coordinator, volunteer/contractor Designers, and User Researchers. Responsibilities include delivering on the product vision, developing AI tools for survivors, running co-design processes, analyzing data, managing sprints, and making key design decisions to improve award-winning products and services.
This individual contributor role is for experienced product individuals who are passionate about delighting users while delivering value to the business. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team and product peers to develop strategic product roadmaps that ensure a holistic end-to-end user experience. You will make hard, high-stakes trade-offs between features, choosing those that are most likely to ensure that both business goals and user needs are met.
As Dscout’s AI Technical Product Manager, you will spearhead efforts to harness breakthroughs in ML/AI. You will lead a full-stack team of experts in user research, AI, and software development, driving the strategic direction and execution of AI-powered initiatives. Your role will be critical in project managing a cross-functional team and delivering innovative features, advancing Dscout’s AI capabilities and product offerings.
