• Build and own test plans for core banking conversion workstreams, from data validation to regression and UAT support.
• Perform SQL-driven post-mock data validation and reconciliation, tracing data breaks to mapping rules.
• Triage defects with the core vendor, retest fixes, and deliver clear go/no-go recommendations to the institution.
