Help unify sales processes, support daily operations, and build scalable solutions. You'll be the main operational partner to the Sales teams across the globe, analyze local processes and develop solutions and processes that fit multiple countries’ needs. You will also drive implementation of global projects, create automations, query datasets, and design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports.

The Sales Operations Specialist is a key member of the Axon Germany & Netherlands team, providing support to enable the team and customers to be successful in their partnerships. This role involves managing Business Intelligence, dealing with permits, logistics, operations, project management, and continuous improvements of Internal Processes. The professional in this role will support local sales teams to engage stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for activities involving external parties.

As a Senior Analyst on our Sales Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to own business-level data and analytics projects, and lead deep-dive analyses. You will contribute to cross-functional initiatives to better serve Gitlab customers, and partner closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams. Conduct complex analyses for company-level priorities.
