As Director of Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations, you will shape and drive Wayflyer’s growth, leading a global team responsible for strategic and operational planning, performance reporting, GTM program management, revenue operations, and enablement. Develop and optimize GTM strategies to achieve ambitious growth goals, build and scale a high-performing team, and be accountable for business planning.

Lead a team responsible for the innovative development and execution of onboarding programs for the Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) Organization. Redefine strategic vision for GTM Onboarding to in role learning excellence to develop a highly innovative experience, end to end including content creation, training plans, facilitation, and execution.
