The Director of Sales Operations oversees key functions that drive sales productivity and efficiency, including business planning, reporting, data analytics, market research, quota management, process optimization, and the design and administration of incentive compensation. The Director oversees a high-impact team and is responsible for driving operational excellence across all levels of the GTM organization.

In this remote role, you will be the technical solutions specialist for all digital tools, partnering with sales and operations to deliver client outcomes. Key responsibilities include crafting technical solutions, presenting them, and managing implementation. You will lead discovery sessions, conduct demos, research technologies, and analyze reports to improve digital offerings.

You will join the Growth Office team at GFT and provide critical insights and analysis of sales performance, pipeline health, bookings, and wins. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership to translate business development data into actionable intelligence that fuels strategic decision-making and drives growth.
