As the Sales Enablement Manager for Commercial Enterprise Sales, you’ll support the commercial sales team by developing and maintaining sales enablement materials, optimizing workflows, and helping to drive lead generation efforts. You’ll improve key tools and processes, while working cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, revenue operations and other teams.

Design, manage, and scale Remote’s GTM technology, directly influencing sales efficiency and quota achievement. Work cross-functionally across individual contributors and executives, pitching, positioning, and managing programs with key stakeholders. The role empowers you to take ownership, solve complex problems proactively, and balance strategic planning with tactical execution.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing Vanta's sales strategy through in-depth analysis and insights, demanding a blend of analytical acumen, technical expertise, and business partnership skills. You'll develop sophisticated forecasting models, surface productivity drivers, and measure the success of various sales initiatives.
